Scentbird is still operating and working on shipping your products. We ask for your understanding as your October subscription orders may experience a slight delay in processing time due to increased safety measures. We are following strict CDC-sanitizing protocol when handling your products. We are all in this together and will do our best to keep business as usual.
October Order Updates:
- Reoccurring Subscribers - The majority of orders will not experience a delay! Your order will ship out within 10 business days (our normal processing time) from the date you were billed. In the case there is a delay in your order, it will be a 2 to 3 day delay in processing.
- New Subscribers - Your order will ship out within 5 business days from the date in which you subscribed.
- E-Commerce Orders - Your order will ship out within 5 business days from the date in which you purchased your item.
- Carrier Delays - It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive due to the impact of COVID-19 on local carriers (USPS). You should expect a 5 to 7 day increase in your order’s transit time this month.
