We ask for your understanding as your August subscription orders may experience a slight delay in processing time due to increased safety measures. August Order Updates:
- Reoccurring Subscribers - The majority of orders will not experience a delay! Your order will ship out within 10 business days from the date you were billed. In the case there is a delay in your order, it will be a 1 to 2 day delay in processing.
- New Subscribers - Your order will ship out within 5 business days from the date in which you subscribed.
- E-Commerce Orders - Your order will ship out within 5 business days from the date in which you purchased your item.
- Carrier Delays - It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive due to the impact of COVID-19 on local carriers. You should expect a 1 to 2 day increase in your order’s transit time this month.
Florida, Utah, Texas and Arizona are experiencing an additional 3 day increase in transit time due to labor shortage with carriers.
