Scentbird is still operating and working on shipping your products. We ask for your understanding as your July subscription orders may experience a delay in processing time due to increased safety measures. We are following strict CDC-sanitizing protocol when handling your products. We are all in this together and will do our best to keep business as usual.
July Order Updates:
- Reoccurring Subscribers - The majority of orders will not experience a delay. Some orders will see an increase in processing, it may take up to 15 business days from the date (normal processing is 10 days from bill date) you were billed for your order to be shipped.
- New Subscribers - Your order will ship out within 10 business days from the date in which you subscribe.
- E-Commerce Orders - Your order will ship out within 10 business days from the date in which you purchased your item.
- Carrier Delays - It may take longer than usual for your order to arrive due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19. You should expect a 1-2 day increase in your order’s transit time this month.
