If you were billed on time or within 15 days of your scheduled billing date and have not received your order’s tracking info 10 business days or more after the billing date, please check for your tracking details on your Scentbird account here. If no tracking is listed or the tracking details indicate an issue with delivery, please reach out to our Customer Experience team for assistance.
Please note that all address changes must be made within 12 hours of subscribing (for new subscribers) or one (1) day prior to your scheduled billing date no later than 11:59 PM EST (for recurring subscribers) in order for the changes to take effect in the current month.
