As a Scentbird subscriber, you have full control of what you receive in your shipment each month. Simply add any items from our collection to your queue in the order of how you want to receive them. That’s it–we’ll take care of the rest! If your queue is empty, you’ll receive our featured fragrance of the month.
Heads up! New members have 12 hours from the time they subscribe to choose the item(s) in their first shipment before the order starts processing.
Recurring subscribers are able to make changes to their selection for the current month until 11:59 PM EST the day before their scheduled billing date. Once your subscription order begins processing, we're unable to make any changes to that month’s shipment but feel free to update your queue for future months at any time!
Unsure when you're being billed each month? Your scheduled billing date is listed on your Manage Subscription page on our website or on our mobile app under Account (just make sure you're logged in)!
