I don't think my promo code is working properly. What should I do?

If you're on our "2nd month free" promo, the offer is structured to give you your second month with Scentbird free, so you should only receive one scent in your first shipment -- not two. Then, in your second month, you won't be charged for the second fragrance shipped to your address. Please note that you must be an active subscriber for two months in a row for this offer to remain valid. Unfortunately, this offer can't be combined with other promo codes.
