To make changes to your account information on our website, simply log into your account, then click your initials in the upper-right hand corner (or if you’re using our mobile app, click the Account icon in the lower right-hand corner), and a menu will appear.
From there, you can select any of the links to manage your subscription, update your billing details, change your shipping information, or change your name or preferred gender by clicking the corresponding links. If you’re using our mobile app, clicking the Account icon in the lower right-hand corner will take you to a menu where you can make changes.
In order to ensure that your changes take effect immediately, please ensure that all necessary changes are completed within 12 hours of subscribing (for new subscribers) or one (1) day prior to your scheduled billing date (for recurring subscribers); otherwise, all changes will take effect with your next month’s order.
