I haven’t received my Scentbird yet. What’s going on?

Shipping and Tracking:

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification of its shipment along with a tracking number to help you monitor delivery progress. Your tracking number is also accessible online from your Scentbird account.

First Month:

If you subscribe before the 5th of the month, your first Scentbird will ship around the 3rd week of the month, arriving at your doorstep 7 to 10 days later.

If you subscribe after the 5th of the month, your first Scentbird will ship around the end of the month, and may not arrive until early in the next month due to the great care we put into delicately packaging each fragrance just for you.

After the First Month:

By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their packages to ship during the 3rd week of the month and arrive at your doorstep 7 to 10 days later. If for some reason your payment is blocked on the 5th but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our facility around the end of the month.

Because we ship in batches and work hard to customize each order according to the fragrance you’ve selected, delivery time may vary. In addition, because our fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials, there may be delays in ground shipping.
