Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification of its shipment along with a tracking number to help you monitor delivery progress (takes up to 48 hours for the package scan to reflect in your account). Your tracking number is also accessible in your account, simply click on the tracking link or subscription status in the top banner.
First Month / First Time Customer:
Your first Scentbird package will ship from our facility and be in your mailbox within 10 to 15 days, though delivery times may vary due to the great care we put into delicately packaging each fragrance. Just remember to choose your first scent within 12 hours of placing your order.
After the First Month:
By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their packages to ship during the end of the 3rd week of the month and arrive at your doorstep 7 to 10 business days later. If for some reason your payment is blocked on the 5th but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our facility around the end of the month (please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery).
Because we ship in batches and work hard to customize each order according to the fragrance you’ve selected, delivery time may vary. In addition, because our fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials, there may be delays in ground shipping.
