Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you’ll receive an email notifying you that the order has been shipped along with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active.
Didn’t receive an email with your tracking details? Tracking details for all of your shipments is accessible on our website here. If you’re using our mobile app, select the Account icon in the lower right-hand corner ⇢ Order Tracking & History.
First Month:
Your first Scentbird shipment will be headed to you from our fulfillment center within 5 business days. Make sure to pick out your first fragrance by adding it to your queue within 12 hours of subscribing!
After the First Month:
By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their shipment to leave our fulfillment center 5 business days after billing occurs.
Please be advised that fragrance is considered a Hazardous Material, so we are required to ship via ground transportation.
