If you’re unable to locate your shipping notification email, you can access your tracking details here or on our mobile app by clicking the Account icon in the lower right-hand corner ⇢ Order Tracking & History. If your order has been shipped, your tracking link can be viewed by clicking “Track It” in the upper right-hand corner of the corresponding month’s order.
Tracking information is typically available 5 business days after billing occurs. Unsure when you’re billed each month? View your billing date on our website by navigating to your Manage Subscription page here or on our mobile app by clicking the Account icon in the lower-right hand corner ⇢ Manage Subscription.
For those customers that are located in Canada 🇨🇦, your tracking is available via the Asendia website. To locate your tracking, navigate to the Account icon in the lower right-hand corner ⇢ Order Tracking & History ⇢ Track It to bring up the Narvar page. Once the Narvar page is up, select the tracking number to the right of the Asendia logo to go to their website directly.
