Month-to-month subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account underneath the “Subscription Status” tab on your Profile. If your subscription is active, our regular billing cycle means your card will be charged on the 5th of the month.
When you cancel, you’ll receive an email within 2 hours – please check your Spam folder if you can’t find it.
Prepaid subscriptions cannot currently be canceled, but you’re able to opt out of auto-renewal at any time by contacting us.
Please note that if you currently have a multi-month subscription, referral credits, or a gift subscription, the option to change frequency is not yet available but we hope to have this feature available soon!
