First Month:
We know how excited you are for your first order, so we bill for your first shipment the day you subscribe so that we can begin prepping your order for shipment right away. Be sure to choose your first product within 12 hours of placing your order!
Your first Scentbird package will arrive in your mailbox within 10 to 12 business days of your initial order date.
After the First Month:
Scentbird subscriptions automatically renew on the 5th of each month.
By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their package to leave our fulfillment center 10 business days after billing. If your payment is unsuccessful on the 5th, we’ll make a few attempts throughout the month so that you don’t miss out on your order for that month. If payment is received late, your shipment will leave our fulfillment center 10 business days later from the date that you are successfully billed. Please allow 3 to 7 days once your order has shipped for travel to your delivery address.
Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll send an email notification of its shipment along with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking scan to be updated. You can also find your tracking link by logging into your Scentbird account and viewing your order history.
Please note that if you sign up for a multi-month subscription, you’ll be billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription.
