Due to increased volume, new and existing subscribers may experience an additional 3 days of processing. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send over an email with tracking details.
First Month:
We know how excited you are for your first order, so we bill for your first shipment the day you subscribe and begin prepping your order for shipment right away. Be sure to add your first product to your queue within 12 hours of placing your order!
Your first Scentbird package will arrive in your mailbox within 10 to 12 business days of your initial order date. We'll send an email over to you with tracking details as soon as it's available!
After the First Month:
All Scentbird subscriptions renew automatically (excluding gift subscriptions) at the end of the billing cycle. To view your billing date, navigate to your Account Details page on our website here and you'll see it listed under your name on the left-hand side.
By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their package to leave our fulfillment center 5 business days after billing. If your payment is unsuccessful on your scheduled billing date, we’ll make a few attempts throughout the month so that you don’t miss out on your order for that month. Once payment is received, your shipment will leave our fulfillment center 5-7 business days later from the date that you are successfully billed.
Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we’ll send an email notification of its shipment along with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking scan to be updated. You can also find your tracking details by logging into your Scentbird account and viewing your Order History on our website here or on our mobile app by selecting the Account icon ⇢ Order History.
Please note that if you sign up for a multi-month subscription, you’ll be billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription.
