The short answer: yes! You’ll have 15 days after delivery to return full-sized purchases or gift boxes in their original condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Scentbird site. If you’d like to make a return, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain an RMA number. It make take up to two weeks to process your return and credit your account (we will make sure to notify you by email once your return has been processed).
We do not accept returns on subscription shipments or à la carte fragrance vials.
