The short answer: yes! Although we are unable to offer returns on subscriptions or à la carte sprays, you’ll have 15 days after delivery to return full-sized purchases or gift boxes in their original condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Scentbird site. If you’d like to make a return, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain a return shipping label. It make take up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Return shipments can be tracked via USPS, and we will make sure to notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Please note that we reserve the right to limit returns under certain circumstances, including excessive frequency. In addition, if you currently have a multi-month subscription, referral credits, or a gift subscription, the option to change frequency is not yet available, but we hope to have this feature available soon!
