We are happy to offer returns on unused full-size fragrances and gift sets. Once your order is delivered to you, you have 15 days to return your item(s) in its original, unopened condition for store credit towards any purchase on the Scentbird site.
If you’d like to make a return, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. It may take up to 14 business days to process your return and credit your account. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
We do not accept returns on one-time purchase fragrance vials.
