Please note that we have recently moved to a new shipping facility to expand our growth and improve your shipping experience. Due to the complexity of this transition, you may experience delays for orders placed during July-September 2018. We're currently working around the clock to ensure a smooth transition, and we apologize if you've been impacted by these delays. Our team is dedicated to resuming normal (and faster!) shipping schedules as soon as possible.
Your first Scentbird package should ship from our facility within a few days of your subscription order and arrives 7 to 10 days later. Just remember to choose your first scent within 12 hours of placing your order.
And don't worry -- you can always move around your queue if something new catches your eye, but make sure to do so before the 5th of next month, which is our recurring queue lock-in deadline starting with your second scent.
After the First Month:
By the second month, recurring subscribers can expect their packages to ship during the 3rd week of the month and arrive at your doorstep 7 to 10 days later. If for some reason your payment is blocked on the 5th but works when we attempt again later in the month, your shipment will leave our facility around the end of the month.
Because we ship in batches and work hard to customize each order according to the fragrance you’ve selected, delivery time may vary. In addition, because our fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials, there may be delays in ground shipping.
