All Scentbird subscription plans renew automatically. We offer subscriptions on a month-to-month basis or multi-month basis for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time. Please note that all subscription changes are billed immediately.
Any upcharges for Premium items are charged at billing during the month that you’ve opted to receive that item.
For monthly subscribers:
For every month after your first, we'll collect payment for that month's order on your scheduled billing date. If we’re unable to collect payment successfully, we’ll notify you via email and make a few more attempts throughout the month. Please note that your shipment does not begin processing until payment has been received so if payment is received after your scheduled billing date, you can expect your order to be on its way to you a bit later than usual that month.
For multi-month subscribers:
When you subscribe to a multi-month plan, you are billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription and won’t see any more subscription charges until your renewal date.
