All Scentbird subscription plans renew automatically. We offer subscriptions on a month-to-month basis or multi-month basis for 3, 6, or 12 months at a time. Please note that all subscription changes are billed immediately.
Any upcharges for Premium items are charged at billing during the month that you’ve opted to receive that item.
For monthly subscribers:
For every month after your first, we will attempt to collect payment on the 5th of every month. If we are unable to collect payment successfully, we’ll notify you via e-mail and make a few more attempts throughout the month. Please note that your shipment does not begin processing until payment has been received so if payment is received after the 5th of the month, you can expect your order to be on its way to you later in the month.
For multi-month subscribers:
When you subscribe to a multi-month plan, you are billed upfront for the entire length of the subscription and won’t see any more subscription charges until your renewal date.
